Dr Neha video called me and was very short and dismissive. Her demeanor was very uncaring. She told me she would check my blood tests in a month but never put in the order to Quest labs. Follow up appt had to be cancelled because she never ordered my tests. My first impression of her non caring rudeness was proven by her lack of the bare minimal. It seems like she picks who she wants to be professional with based on race. I'm african american.
That she is an awesome doctor; she is very respectful,.and compassionate with her patiences and explains as well as answers all my questions.
