Was 50 minutes late and I was the first appointment of the day. Someone in the office let me know not to schedule before 9 am with this doctor but I will just avoid.
Today was the first visit for my 3 children. And she was an excellent pediatrician. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. My kids will definitely continue to be cared for by Dr. Neha Batra.
She is an excellent doctor, my family and I are grateful for her being our children's pediatrician.
Dr. Batra and her MA Cindy took great care of our kids for their yearly sports physicals. They were kind, caring, and lighthearted to help our kids who were nervous feel more comfortable. They made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable moment for kids seem less overwhelming. Dr. Batra listened to me as a mother, offered expert advice, and was reassuring and kind.
