Poor service, specializing in repackaged previous releases, Michael McPherson (OWNER) is very volatile to questions and when I experienced an error trying to order on his site he told me after being a customer since 1995 to take my business elsewhere. Pretty shabby treatment when I was being respectful and still hard to believe as I started out placing my orders by phone to his charming wife.
