Very happy with the service at Negus. I had a horrible scraping noise coming from the back of the car, which I thought was the break pads again. I took it into Negus for a quick look and they confirmed it was definitely the breaks and managed to check it all out and fix it - all in one afternoon. And they even gave me a car to use in the interim. I was so grateful for their help at such short notice. Awesome service.
It is very rare to find someone who genuinely loves and takes pride in what they do. Simon worked until 8pm this week to fix my Kluger after identifying alternator issues while the car was in for a different repair. This was unscheduled maintenance, but he still went out of his way to get it sorted. They also offered me a free loan car, which I fortunately did not end up needing. I have been taking my car here for the last two years and their service has always been reliable and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
