The female owner is very nice & welcoming but the young girl working there lacks professionalism and customer service. One time I went she had an attitude and this last time she came out the bathroom as I was standing at the counter (I almost left bc it was empty). Food is good. The little girl that works the counter sometimes needs to go!
We had griot which was excellent taste. The Mac cheese was just okay. However, the "Mirliton which i thought was; really was eggplant (a dishonest) menu posted. Overall the experience was good. But will not order mirliton at that place.
To be extremely honest, I tried on four different occasions to support Neguess as it is Haitian female owned by Jessica whom is truly gifted. Outside of Ms Jessica I can not speak so pleasantly about her staff member this evening - I called in my order and the young lady was seemed to have an attitude as I placed my order for Medium Goat in Stew Sauce and Large Chicken in Stew Sauce dinner for my family.
