When I was hired at Negleys I was told by Sarrah Pollock (HR) that they were a family oriented company with Christian values. She stated that they encourage people to bring any concerns they may have while employed with Negleys to management for open discussion. Over the course of the next six months I discovered this couldn’t have been further from the truth.
