Absolutely compassionate. Great at getting back within one business day or less, and are really good about sending prescriptions where I need them. Sometimes I pick up in Ishpeming but other times I picked up an Iron Mountain because that's where I actually work. And I've never had an issue. Helped figure out my daughter's very complex Medical issues. And actually listens to them when they talk about their medical issues. they are INCAPABLE of sending an electronic script for something Ive had over the electronics in a 9 and a hlf hour period. that's how little they care. they also take more than two buissness days to get back to you over five minute things. I miss dr hankee. that was the last time a dr worked for this cooperation actually cared in deepthly for his patients. that man Called me personally to make sure Id be okay before he retired and he applied for how bad it would be but I had no idea. the up medical industy is a joke and the... read more
