i hate negas
Fantastic service from Negas. Our boiler packed in during the winter and Paul and the team provided great knowledge and advice on finding the right new boiler. The guys are fab and provide an excellent service and have maintained the boiler since. It’s refreshing having someone coming to home on time with a smile on their face, friendly and do a clean job. Highly recommend them 👍🏽
You guys deserve 6 stars!!!! Engineer arrived within 1 hour, explained the problem, solved it and made me aware of how to deal with frozen vent pipe should it ever happen again. Can't thank you enough.
First of all, I consulted Which?, made a chart and we decided which makes of boiler we would consider. Then I looked at the models we thought we would like. I phoned Paul in the Negas office and set out our requirements. Paul was very helpful and after our discussion, I removed one make of boiler from the boilers that we were considering having.
