I recently went to get major dental work with Dr. Zareh. She’s absolutely wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and anytime I felt anxious she would stop and let me breath. Her whole team was amazing. Jane, Diana, Maria, Lily and another young lady whose name I didn’t catch were just as great and understanding. I’m so glad found her office.
it is so sad that people that work at the front desk do not know how to treat people, specially people with Medi-cal. this people have treated someone i know like trash and they are rude the moment they see what type of insurance you have. i will not be coming back neither will my family and friends.
I’m one of Dr Zareh first patients when the practice first opened. She always provided me quality dental care and her office staff was amazing, then I moved away. I tried coming back to her 3-4yrs ago and she now only sees patients 1-2 days a week, when I tried to explain to Jessica or Jane that I didn’t want to see another doctor I was put on hold and left for over 10min. I am very happy with my dental experience at Negar Zareh. It was very easy calling and scheduling an appointment with the receptionist. They took my insurance information and didn’t give me a hard time asking if I was on a waitlist or something with the dental insurance I have. Dr Choi was very informative with the health of my teeth. Gave me tips on keeping up with dental care. The dental staff are very nice as well.
