Since APT Management bought the facility 2 years ago, they have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in improvements. Management is receptive to resident feedback. Overall it is a very lovely and quiet place to live. Renting the cottages is like having your own home but, without the maintenance. I would highly recommend living here.
Friendly residents. All units are ground floor. Rates are probably close to other places in area. Things lacking are prompt maintenance and availability of office person. Only one individual and many time unavailable.
The landscaping is sadly lacking. The place looks run down. There are weeds in all the flower beds, the grass is not edged around the sidewalks, weeds growing between the cracks in the sidewalks and the shrubs need to be trimmed. Residents, especially those with health issues, chose to come here because of the "maintenance free exterior" . Landscaping is included in the cost of the rent. This is to complete my review that posted before I was finished. We have one resident that put in a work order for installation of a storm door over a YEAR ago that still has not been completed! Management should hire either an another full time or part time person to handle the work orders . Things not being done gives this community a negative impression that management doesn’t care about their residents!
I live here love this place very quiet friendly neighborhood and management is top-notch
