Took my dog here for a quick bath and was very disappointed. I will say the facility itself was easy to locate, clean and had clear instructions. My issue is, there was no product in the machines. We attempted to use the oatmeal treatment, flea and tick, and conditioner. Absolutely no product came out. I just rinsed my dog with barely warm water the entire time. The blow dry had to be the absolute worse. I could dry my dog by blowing my own breath on him quicker than the blow dry at this place. It literally had no pressure. ... read more

Id give this place a 0 if that was possible! Pulled into a stall put $5 in and it would not operate. Went to the next stall exact same thing! I lost $10!!!! No attendant around for a refund. No contact information posted! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Dog wash was terrible, water pressure was a trickle and a hairdryer was blowing cold air. I had to bring my dog home, soaking wet and 20° weather.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO DOG WASH!!!

We used to come here all the time no problem for the dog wash. This time the shampoo wouldn’t work on one machine, the card machine wouldn’t accept a second swipe, and when we switched to the other machine the shampoo ran out within a single minute. The blow dryer was freezing cold and the dryer stopped with 7:50 minutes left on the timer, with no number to call to get it fixed or a refund. There used to be a number displayed to call for issues but that’s gone. We left with a cold, soggy dog.

Soap doesn't dispense or work and there was no air dryer. Save your time and money, go get yourself a garden hose because that is the quality of this car wash.
