Absolutely horrible car wash. The automatic wash completely stopped about 30 seconds into the premium wash. Tried calling multiple times, nobody picks up and their voicemail box is full so you can leave a message. Never going back
I have gone there several times and the change machine has always been out of order. I don't carry loose change so I had to leave with washing my car. It is poor business policy to NOT having a working change machine. This has happened to many times, I will not waste my time going back again.
Took my english bulldog for the first time and we'll never go back. Water pressure was horrible, the air dryer barely did anything. Literal money pit! Not enough time for a proper bath. Spent $20. Owners should reevaluate
The Neffsville Dog Wash sucks. $20 down the drain. I had the sprayer on rinse because I brought my own soap. It sprayed soap the entire time. I had to take a soapy dog home to finish the job.
Dang, this place is expensive. The water pressure sucks and the dryer thing wouldn't even be strong enough to dry my own hair. Overall, this place is a rip-off.
