My wife was told she would receive 4 hours of tattoo work for free, to make up for a previous artist not finishing a tattoo that was paid in full before leaving. then at the end steve charged her 260 dollars because he went over a few extra lines on the same tattoo while working on it. But did not exceed the 4 hours. that is an expensive couple of lines so much for honoring the fix.
