0 Stars if I could. This has been the WORST experience. We rented a lift a few weeks prior to the start of a job. Two (TWO!) days before the start of the job, we were notified that we needed to have a credit account before they could complete our reservation - contradicting the reservation we ALREADY HAD FOR THIS. But I immediately created a credit account. The next day, THE DAY BEFORE THE JOB, they informed me that they had cancelled our reservation and rented the equipment to someone else because we didn't have a credit ac... read more
The worst... Do not rent from them They will let you hanging last minute And won't offer any help nor explanation for their incompetence.
