United Rentals in Winterville has great customer service & great equipment for rent at a reasonable rate!
Unfortunately over the past few months of driving past United Rentals daily for my commute to work, I’ve had on multiple occasions where loaded 18 wheelers have pulled out in front of me. Todays instance, I was the only car in sight, and instead of letting me pass safely then having plenty of time to pull out, I was once again pulled out in front of having to slow down/almost stop on the highway. Winterville Nc store has a terrible work culture especially with the management Richard P, he only care about a number not the employees or customers , which I firgure would be different seeing how they are a Fortune 500 company but nope, I will say I think its a ok company just terrible management and structure hope it gets better but I doubt it, also if you ever do work for this company and decide to leave for better opportunities they will TARNISH your name no matter how good of a employee you were so just be advised!
People are very nice and knowledgeable. Rented an aerator and it was in good shape.
