Brian Bretzius really helped us out and was able to provide a forklift for an impromptu delivery that one of our customers called us about last minute. Can't say enough about his flexibility and his willingness to jump through hoops to make sure our needs were met. Hard to find that kind of service and support.

We have relied on United for forklift rentals on numerous occasions, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Their office staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient in coordinating each rental, ensuring a seamless experience every time. Deliveries are often earlier than promised, and the drivers consistently call ahead to confirm their arrival, which is greatly appreciated. United has become our go-to provider due to their reliability and outstanding customer service.

We did an out of town project @ Town Center Dr. in Newport that required needing a Buggy and Skid steer...it was such a pleasure dealing with United Rentals at this location. Assisted by Brett and driver James (whom actually gave me a call to confirm everything) - don't see this type of service very often.
