Their office staff are exceptionally helpful and efficient in coordinating each rental, ensuring a seamless experience every time. Deliveries are often earlier than promised, and the drivers consistently call ahead to confirm their arrival, which is greatly appreciated. United has become our go-to provider due to their reliability and outstanding customer service.
We did an out of town project @ Town Center Dr. in Newport that required needing a Buggy and Skid steer...it was such a pleasure dealing with United Rentals at this location. Assisted by Brett and driver James (whom actually gave me a call to confirm everything) - don't see this type of service very often.
