Rachel and Jackson provided excellent service from start to finish. We needed the equipment on short notice so we could continue power washing our eight-story building, and they were able to accommodate us immediately. When our contractor accidentally triggered one of the safety features and set off an alarm, I called for service and their team came out first thing the next morning to resolve it. Their responsiveness and willingness to help ensured that our project could continue.

Brian Bretzius really helped us out and was able to provide a forklift for an impromptu delivery that one of our customers called us about last minute. Can't say enough about his flexibility and his willingness to jump through hoops to make sure our needs were met. Hard to find that kind of service and support.

Deliveries are often earlier than promised, and the drivers consistently call ahead to confirm their arrival, which is greatly appreciated.
