Dr. Neff takes his time to get to know your individual needs. He's knowledgeable, skilled, and body intuitive. His therapists and staff are always friendly. The only therapist I will ever see.
I had a wonderful experience with the physical therapist and the entire staff. The physical therapist was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain the exercises, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment process. Once again, Dr. Neff and his team came to my rescue. I had some self-induced vertigo (I moved my head in such a way as to induce it) and I assumed that it was an inner ear thing. I experienced it several times a day, and although not severe, it was troubling and pretty bothersome. I went to see Dr. Neff, and he explained that it was a breakdown in the signals from my neck muscles to my visual system. I’m so thankful a friend told me about Neff Physical Therapy a few years ago! I have chronic lower back pain and nothing was helping. I can have flare ups but when I do, I know where to go! The techniques they use work. And the individualized exercises they give you work! I enjoy being pain free and doing the things I love. I have been faithful to do the exercises on a consistent basis at home. I hope you give them a try. You will find them thoughtful, kind, and professional.
I thought this office was very helpful for the different problems that I have had. The office staff was very nice and helpful too.
