We contracted neff paving it will be 5 years in October around the 3rd year our driveway is settling in some spots and cracking in others After numerous phone calls they came out and did a small patch Yes we waited the alloted time and had the driveway sealed I encourage anyone to rethink before you hire this company We paid close to 12000 dollars for a driveway now continues to Crack and water still settles in certain spots not what I would say quality work
My experience has been the same as other reviews I see on here. Called for an estimate and they never came to do it. After a few weeks, I called again and they said someone would call me that day or the next. That was a week ago. Basically, they have pushed my project out while I waited for them. Rude.
We called a 5 weeks ago for a quote. Followed up twice to see when someone would come out and give estimate. A guy showed up took measurements and said they would email quote couple days. No email. My husband called back to office and the young lady said she would check on the quote. If the quote was not mailed/emailed she would have them resend. Now, 3 weeks later and haven’t heard a word. Must not need our business......
Very, very satisfied. Would recommend them to anyone. . Very professional, neat, & paid attention to detail.
