I can't say enough good things about the team at Neff Cycles. After spending the better part of six weeks trying to track down a replacement BMC fork, including working directly with BMC and searching all over Minnesota, I was getting pretty discouraged. Wow, what a great bike shop. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Best of all they are not pushy and when I did have questions they had honest answers. Have been to a few bike shops in Madison and Neff cycle was head and shoulders above the rest.

I travelled to Madison with my TT bike via multiple plane flights for the USA Cycling Nationals Masters Time Trial, and asked Neff to look at my bike after I landed to ensure everything was working well. Neff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful, and took care of my concerns immediately. Great team.
