I have never been as disrespected in a Dr office as I was today. There were two people in the waiting room counting myself. I had an appointment I was on time for. and an hour and 20 minutes later the APRN came and I expressed my concerns for the time and how disrespectful it is to me to be that late and the first response was. Refuses to send my wife’s medical records to her primary care physician. Wants to charge $55 copay for a phone call that didn’t even help or attempt to help with a diagnosis and proper treatment. We are seeking a second opinion and once completed, we will be following up with the FLDOH medical review board.
