Dr. Neetu Chahil is a top-notch doctor. She truly cares about my wellbeing and does not stop helping her patients. She is friendly and warm and listens. There are no long waits when I see her. The office is organized and clean.
The associate who called me back to schedule an appointment was quite kind and helpful.
I had called the office 2x and spoke to someone to check if they take my insurance. I was told both times that someone was going to call me back. It’s been about 2 weeks and until now I still haven’t gotten a call back. This place was even highly recommended but not getting a call back after a second attempt is very unprofessional.
I’m truly blessed to have her as my GI doctor I appreciate her so much and I pray God continue to bless her job
