Went in for an appointment, and waited over an hour past my appointment time. Not one person behind the desk bothered to give me a status update or an apology for running late. I was completely ignored the entire time. I was patient enough, so I walked out. Then I had to pay $6 to drive my car out of the garage - all for no reason. This was a very unprofessional experience.
