This is one of the worst dry cleaners in Manhattan. From what I understand, the garments are not actually cleaned on-site. Instead, they are reportedly sent to the Bronx, where they are processed together with other customers' items, and then returned to Manhattan, where only the pressing and finishing are done at Neet Cleaners.
