We got in town from North Carolina on Saturday vacation when we learned the transmission needed replacing. That next Monday, I took in the diagnostic from O'Reilly's and was told that replacement was the most likely solution. He asked a few specific questions which let me know he was familiar with Dodge Grand Caravans. Since we were on a tight schedule, I had them go ahead & get the reman unit on order.
