Worst experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office in my entire life. I will never go back there again. I gave him a second chance only because after the first horrible experience, the office manager reached out to me and asked to give them another chance. Biggest regret. Dr, Neeraj Tripathy is a Awesome Dr. He always listen and resolve my Issue. I think front office and reaching dr. that is facility or dept. issue we should not rating Dr. based on it..I got always quick help from front desk and staff . They try there best to support. Thanks kindly
Dont do it! Talking to the doctor is impossible. I was seen once. Whenever I call, im put on hold for a long time. I had pneumonia and had to go to the ER twice, because I was not allowed to go into the office with pneumonia and the doctor never called me for a follow up phone conversation. My insurance pays them monthly and I cant even speak to the doctor. Im currently looking for a new doctors office.
My very first visit there was with a doctor who spoke over me while I tried explaining my symptoms and she disregarded my most recent test results. She was rude and doesn't know how to listen to patients.
I understand that doctors and their staff are currently being overworked. However, the lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. I've been reaching out everyday for over a week and still unable to get them to refill 1 prescription. They are dismissive over the phone and unresponsive in the portal.
