I'm giving them one star because no stars was not an option. I was scheduled for prolapse surgery April 28th; follow up post-op visit May 14th; was told to return on August 20th. My visit on August 20th was, I found out in September was not considered a post-op follow up visit and was being charged a $25 co-pay for the August 20th visit and was never told that there might be a co-pay for that visit.
