Always good before this go 'round. Been trying for a month to get an appointment for endoscopy. Can't get them to talk to my insurance company.
I needed an appointment to discuss my continued problem. After waitING several weeks for a telehealth appt. with his PA the appt. was cancelled the day before due to PA not in the office. They offered me her next appointment which would be 4 weeks into December. That indicated to me they are not interested in the care of their patients. Looking now for new gastroenterologist.
I consider Dr. John Kalarickal to be an intelligent and good doctor, but when it comes to follow-ups, they are the worst. The doctor put me on a 6-week antibiotic course, but the PA sent an order for only two weeks of supply. I did not know this until I called them for a follow-up appointment that I have to complete the 6-week course. I would definitely put this blame on the staff than the doctor, they are grossly negligent. Dr Pareek has been the only doctor to help me find answers to a medical issue plaguing me for months. I adore her and thinks she genuinely cares about her patients. Highest recommendation.

Staff at the center were great, courteous, nice, professional, procedures were done very efficiently.
My wife was referred to Dr. Pareek by her internal medicine doctor. She had bloodwork completed before arriving that confirmed she had a severe case of Pancreatitis, which was confirmed as highly likely by 3 different doctors in three different hospital systems. She has other conditions that likely played a significant role in this diagnosis. I have been seeing Dr. Clark for over 20 years. I’m a say he is an expert in his field. Very kind compassionate and listens to everything you have to say. He always has an answer.Goes away and above the call of duty. A nursed for many years and I knew a lot of doctors. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege to care for me.Recommend him highly.
Dr Sharma and his team are wonderful. From the front office person, to the awesome nurses to the fantastic anesthesiologist they are a team who cares. Dr Sharma is a warm and caring doctor. I thank him and the team. Keep up the great work. You are professional, kind and caring.
