I had the worst experience with this doctor, the appointment was for my dad who is a senior citizen, first they told me that they accepted my dad's insurance and when we arrived at the clinic they charged us 25 dollars which is not much but I told them to call the insurance and they told me that everything was covered 100%, they told me that if the insurance paid then they would return the money, everywhere you look you see signs saying that if your insurance does not pay they will send you a bill, it seems that this "doctor... read more
My experience has been great so far. He did a thorough assessment which is not common. Very often the Dr.’s will listen to heart and lungs only. I would recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. Manchanda for about a year and a half. He seems very professional, and I don't worry about his competence. His bedside manner is no-nonsense, and others may see this as a bad thing. All of his support staff are capable and efficient, but not cheerful; not a big deal. The office manager delayed me getting a piece of equipment by a few weeks (last year), and when I needed supplies, she has not responded in 5 days. When she is off, no one does her job. At least, that is what I have gathered.
I have been a patient of Dr Manchanda since August 2023. I am extremely satisfied with the medical care by Dr Manchanda and his staff.
The doctor's bedside manner is horrible, and the entire office just looks shady. There is a security camera inside of the room where you sit and talk with the doctor - I found that to be very strange. I had an MRI and there was a lesion and an area of high T2 intensity found, which with my symptoms warrants further investigation. However in the followup appointment he basically said "eh, a lesion can be from anything" and dismissed my questions and didn't even explain the other findings.
