My experience with this office was extremely disappointing, and the primary reason was the office manager, Ritu. She wrongly accused me (and members of my family) of writing a negative online review that I did not write. Despite my clear denial, she continued to treat me in a rude, confrontational, and antagonistic manner. Being falsely accused without any evidence is unacceptable. Unprofessional and deeply inconsiderate of the appointment /administrative office .My husband waited over a month for an appointment with Dr. Kaushik. Just two days before the scheduled date, his office called to abruptly change the doctor and informed us they were replacing him with a completely different junior doctor—one with 0 stars and no established track record. Fantastic doctor and fantastic staff
Dr. Kaushik and his team are true professionals. He performed my endoscopy and was absolutely wonderful. He spent time with me after the procedure and answered all of my questions in detail. I saw his PA, Michelle Chung, for my initial visit and was impressed by her thoroughness and excellent bedside manner. She was reassuring, explained all necessary tests, and made me feel apart of my own medical care. The front desk receptionist and medical assistants are wonderful as well - very kind and attentive.
