I 100% would have left 0 if I could. Horrid in every single way every single time we come here. The staff never knows what they are doing. Trying to ask for help because my partner is having problems breathing but they're all to busy standing behind the counter laughing to notice. Then we get told the dr left and it'll be a few hours before the next dr. Possibly shows up. What kind of a sad joke of a hospital allowed for that kind of scheduling mixup to happen. Rating should be in the negative numbers. My Mom (89), was sent back to Neepawa for rehab, after spending 10 days in Brandon ICU. This was to prepare her for moving into assisted living, she had been living independently prior to this. Brandon physio indicated she was doing well and it should not take long. She was moved to Neepawa on November 21st. Hospital staff communicated that there were several items she would need, and they anticipate release on Nov 28. Very great hospital. Staff was amazing from nurses to aides to doctors. Having experienced other hospitals where you felt like a number and very disrespected, it was a welcome change to see so many professional staff striving to take care of their patients. Feels weird to recommend a hospital, but if you have a choice, Neepawa is where you should go.
