Visited Neepa merchants office for the first time a couple of years ago. She is nice and kind. I have since the beginning found the office nearly impossible to get a return call from. She once saw my son 5 years old multiple days in a row for an issue with breathing. The first visit it was mentioned maybe it was a virus. The second day with worse symptoms - maybe the flu.
