Very helpful staff, appreciated the follow-up and taking the time to look for alternatives to work with our old house.
Massively overpriced. Will gouge you for everything in the store. $275 for a toilet ($200 and less at Lowes). $189 for air switch ($70 at HD).

I really wanted to support this local business, rather than buy online. I was even prepared to pay a little more. The people in the showroom were very nice. Unfortunately I could not get a call or email back from either of the sales reps I worked with. Beautiful showroom, nice folks, just really lacking in follow through.
