Switched here from the South Oneida Kindercare that we loved! Our child has been at this location for 3 weeks and has been bitten 5 times. After discussing with the director after each incident I still feel like not enough has been done to prevent this. We were at our other location for 6 months without a single issue. Find a different place to watch your child, we are actively trying to switch.
Our son attended Kindercare for 5 years, starting when he was 12 weeks old. He was well cared for, learned a lot, and had fun with some great friends that he met there. We found Neenah Kindercare a reliable and safe place to send our son and would gladly send him there again if we had to do it all over.
Do not bring your kids here. They charged us over $400 for one day and they just left our daughter screaming on the floor all day with sick toddlers running around her. We will never come back to this place.
I would recommend NOT working here or bringing your kids here. I worked here for about 4months, "coworkers" treat each other poorly, always felt like walking on egg shells there. Poor treatment of children and how situations are dealt with. However, Metro Kindercare( Appleton near the Mall) is a whole step above this center.
Not happy at all with this daycare there isn't diversity my kids where the only black kids in this daycare my daughter was put in what they called the "crying corner" because she was upset and missed me which is crazy and when they sent me a picture of her where she was clearly crying and being forced to play with a toy I went to check on her on my break she was sleeping I asked about her crying and they brushed it off like it was nothing and lied and said they comfort her when she gets like that but she told me the truth wh... read more
