I went on NEEM's December 2015 agroecology delegation to Cuba and while I enjoyed my first visit to Cuba, there were many problems associated with the tour operator that cast a pall over the entire experience for me. First off, the communications from NEEM that would allow one to properly prepare for the trip were terrible. We never received an itemized list of what was and was not included in the tour charge.
