Originally I met with Justin to start my income tax return, who gave me a "Why are you even here" kind of attitude during the entire conversation, and almost seemed annoyed that I had a few questions about how I could increase future refunds. Also, The H.R. and Client Relations manager Julie provided no assistance to my questions, and was incredibly insulting. Honestly I'm just glad Ill never have to deal with this organization again.
Kind, honest, dependable, and caring extremely helpful
Neely’s completely botched an estate return for our family. Mistakes are forgivable, but the lack of communication, transparency, and complete unwillingness to be helpful were not. We had to hire a second firm to undo their mess. At the end of the day, we essentially donated money to their firm as their work was unusable.
