I always get fast, efficient service in preparing my taxes. Every person that I have met at the office has been courteous and friendly.
If you want your taxes done, go to H&R Block or any other free software. Now if you want your taxes done properly and perfectly, this is THE place. I have probably used 9 different services over the years. From local friends in the community that run the go to tax place in my small town, to other small businesses, H&R Blocks, free software, turbo tax, and a few more. I was referred to Chuck a couple of years ago and he was such a blessing. Janet and Chuck listened to my what I thought was going to be a HUGE mess and calmed me down and actually made my bad situation not so bad. If you are looking for a good honest CPA, I would definitely recommend Neely's Accounting Services.
I absolutely trust Neelys to do my taxes. I use to go to H & R Block for years THEN had a bad experience where the tax preparer didn't add something in she should have that ended up costing me money (4 digits) ..... and to think I paid extra for the "Peace of Mind" to the tune of several hundred dollars . After I told H & R about what the IRS said, they didn't do a thing - my "Peace of Mind" was out the door.
