We’ve had them out a couple of times now, both for plumbing and HVAC, and they have been knowledgeable, quick, and friendly each time.
Fantastic company! The staff was prompt in addressing our concerns with our grinder pump. He took the time to show me what happened and made sure the repair was configured in a way to prevent a recurrence.
We needed to have some plumbing work done and called Neels’ Plumbing after reading the google reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and they were able to repair our problem quickly. They called us when they were on their way here and arrived within the window of time promised. Travis was great! He got to work and communicated with us during the repair. We will recommend Nell’s to anyone who needs work done. Thank you Nell’s for such great work!
Great experience with this business. They are family owned and provide fair prices. They know their craft and have taken care of my plumbing and AC needs. Five stars from me.
