Fantastic company! The staff was prompt in addressing our concerns with our grinder pump. He took the time to show me what happened and made sure the repair was configured in a way to prevent a recurrence.
We needed to have some plumbing work done and called Neels’ Plumbing after reading the google reviews. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and they were able to repair our problem quickly. They called us when they were on their way here and arrived within the window of time promised. Travis was great! He got to work and communicated with us during the repair. We will recommend Nell’s to anyone who needs work done. Thank you Nell’s for such great work!

I had sulfur smell from my water since I moved to Cape Fair. Tried all the fixes to take it away but nothing worked. Called Neels Plumbing & they came out & suggested a filtration system. I didn't have room for tank where my water came into the house & Travis came up with a solution. Came back in a few days & installed system & made sure everything was good before leaving.
