I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but I don't want others to run into problems with this company like I did. Neels heating installed my hot water system in my house in 2017 and since then I've had them come back to try and diagnose the issue with it. After seeking other specialists in the field because they couldn't find the issue, I was informed by two other professionals that the venting was installed incorrectly which destroyed my unit resulting in it needing to be replaced. Neels heating installed the original heating equipment in my home and due to poor workmanship the clamps were not installed on the venting of the tankless hot water heater. The exhaust pipe sagged filled with water, damaging my ceiling and my tankless hot water heater, leading to it needing to be replaced. Neels heating came back as a favour to the contractor and replaced the venting free of charge but did not take responsibility for the damages of tankless hot water heater which I had to pay for the replacement of. Tried to diagnose my brothers unit on two separate service calls, and I had to drive down from summerland and diagnose the problem for him They have some good service technicians And some terrible one’s beware!!!
5 stars doesnt really cut it… Sometimes you hire someone and its such a good overall experience that you pause and learn from their service to improve your own(self employed me talking here) We used Neels to upgrade our 20 yr old heating and cooling system under the fortis dual fuel rebate program, their pricing was competitive and fair, and they did the whole job and some unrelated extras we added to the list in less than two days.
