Super Pleasant ladies on the phone. You get a new pleasant lady each time you call after not having the previous call returned. Each lady will have no idea why you called the first few times. They Said John was busy and would call back on several occasions. Never did. I called this company about 6 or 7 times left messages on VM and in person. I obtained 4 quotes for a new Tankless Water Heater, and Neels was the 4th. Although price was of course important, knowledge, competence, professionalism was also. In a word excellent on all factors. John the estimator knows his stuff, as did the two men who did the installation. Excellent job.
Install of heat pump and gas furnace with Neels Heating was the best decision we have made. Awesome techs are hard working and stay until the job is done. Thank you
