Neel is amazing! I came here a few years ago looking to replace my brakes and he sent me away because they still had some miles on them. He is honest, upfront, and won’t do unnecessary work on your cars. I’ve gone to him a few times since and have recommended him to several friends nearby. It’s rare to find such a repair shop that genuinely cares about their clients as much as Neel does!
I’ve been taking my car to Neel for almost 6 years now and, as long as I live in the area, I will NEVER go anywhere else. He is very honest and is always looking to get you the best deal possible, and genuinely cares about your experience. Top tier customer service and very trustworthy. Can’t recommend this place enough!
So Hector was super nice over the phone, because I went over a curb and the plate in the front of my car was scraping against the road. He actually removed it for free without any hesitation. I didn't even have to wait for him to do it. So I can see why the ratings for this store are so high - because that's the best service I've ever had! He also gave me a good advice on how to handle the situation going forward, and offered to help, but he didn't try to create any false sense of urgency to get it done now.
