Today I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Neelkantha, he took the time to answer my questions calmly, kindly and clearly. I felt very confident with the procedure that he and his team performed on me, they treated me as professionally and humanly as possible, I thank God for putting me in their hands. If you need a first-class experience and care, do not hesitate to attend their consultation. Very grateful.
I saw Dr. Amatya starting in 2023, and I am not pleased with his care whatsoever. I complained to him about my symptoms since I starting seeing him and he refused to listen to my concerns. I always had to be the one to message him and follow up with him regarding labs and follow up appointments. He relies solely on lab results, and if those are “normal”, he will not listen to your symptoms. Dr. Amatya is one of the most considerate and sincere doctors I've met. He listens carefully and always goes above and beyond to try to help. There's never a wait upon arrival. Everything runs on time. Although I live in Austin, I selected a practice in Lakeway to try and get out of the cattle market medical system. It was the best choice I made. I can't recommend Dr. Amatya and the staff at BSW highly enough. They are gems in a broken medical system.
