Unprofessional and slow. Did not provide the required forms and assessment in the time frame needed or communicated. Doesn't seem to care about the individuals, just processing more paperwork/profit.
Initially, there were some communication issues that were immediately addressed by Dr. Neeley himself. Within an hour, he reached out, expressed his apologies, and was willing to work with me to fix the situation. He scheduled me for my autism assessment and had my results sent to me within that same week.
