Dr. Neeley and his team are fantastic clinicians. I feel confident when I refer people to him and his team. I appreciate the thorough evaluation and clearly written reports. I have no hesitation recommending him and his clinic.
Unprofessional and slow. Did not provide the required forms and assessment in the time frame needed or communicated. Doesn't seem to care about the individuals, just processing more paperwork/profit.
Initially, there were some communication issues that were immediately addressed by Dr. Neeley himself. Within an hour, he reached out, expressed his apologies, and was willing to work with me to fix the situation. He scheduled me for my autism assessment and had my results sent to me within that same week. I had an evaluation done in August, it is now March and I have not received results. I was told I would have the full report in 2-4 weeks. It has been almost 8 months. I have called several times for updates and been given a different explanation for why there’s no report. No one has followed up. No one seems to be in the office when I call. I was just told more edits need to be done to my report. 8 months isn’t enough time? This is negligent professional behavior and I do not recommend anyone seek care here. The lack of res... read more
