Their business model seems to be quantity over quality. For what turned out to be 3 hours of real assessment $2,500 is crazy and I’ve since found other reputable folks who do exactly the same assessment for half the price. They lacked empathy and the time to thoughtfully sit down with my husband and I to explain what the diagnosis really means and to share real helpful resources. Unprofessional and slow. Did not provide the required forms and assessment in the time frame needed or communicated. Doesn't seem to care about the individuals, just processing more paperwork/profit.
