Every other Wednesday, rain or shine, someone is leaf blowing out front between 7:00AM-7:30AM. It's extremely inconsiderate to the people across the street trying to sleep. They could at least wait until 9:00AM or even better after 10:00AM. Edit/update *I left a voicemail on a random box and someone left a message saying they will fix this. Will take down of fixed.*
