I am extremely disappointed in how this endocrinology office treats its patients and handles legitimate concerns. Three months ago, I followed the proper process to transfer my care to another provider in the same office. The staff confirmed that both providers had approved the transfer and scheduled the appointment. Make sure you have good insurance with Dr. Senkottaiyan. I saw her for a few years with Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Once my insurance changed to MO Healthnet she treated me like trash. I was also told not to make anymore appointments and stay on the same medication that was not working. I was shocked! In my personal opinion, she has no interest in helping those on Medicaid.
