neelam is a fantastic beautician!! I’ve been coming to her for a couple of years now and she always does a fantastic job. She is incredibly hard working, kind, and has a great attention to detail. She’s very clean and I’ve always felt like I’ve been completely taken care of when I leave. She completely saved my eyebrows after I tried going to a few other places in the city and i recommend her to everyone I go to. She’s a jack of all trades and great at every service she offers!

Neelam is amazing and I will forever be a loyal customer. I have been with her for the last 8 years and I have never had an issue. Neelam is always gentle and make sure she takes her time with you. She even does an amazing job with henna.

I trust Neelam to shape my brows. She also dyed and laminated them last time. The dye was too dark and I didn’t receive any after care instructions so I got my brows wet too soon and ruined the lamination- my fault in part. Regardless, I won’t go back here because the salon is a bit of a mess, as other reviewers have mentioned. She was digging through drawers of seemingly trash or wrappers to find what she needed for laminating and used a dirty brush and pot with old dye in it she just wiped out with a tissue to paint on my ... read more

truly a gem in the neighborhood. Neelam is kind, keeps her space clean, and is a master at what she does. the quickest and best eyebrow threading i’ve ever had - and she is very skilled at color choice for tinting. skip the big companies, and support this small business.
