First time prospective patient, ran a bit late (18 min) due to lack of parking and finding suite. My 15 min Grace period was up, so staff asked the this doctor directly, and she said No to see me. With very concerning low cortisol, this doctor turned me away bc her perfect schedule is more important then my 5 min over Grace extension. Shows her ethics.Had to wait over a month for this appointment. Not for me!
I really like dr Upadhyaya. She was thorough, asked a lot of questions and didn't rush though my visit. Even asking if I had anymore questions when we were done. She has a nice bedside manner, and seems considerate. I highly recommend her.
The front desk staff the medical assistant , NP's and Dr's everyone is amazing 👏🏾
