I had my first visit to this salon today for threading and waxing, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The threading was careless and left me with actual cuts. Even worse, I had a fresh burn on my hand from yesterday, and the esthetician applied hot wax directly over the wound without even looking or checking. To top it off, the waxing job was incomplete—I still have hair left on my hands. Definitely not a good experience.
