I had heard Dr Raya was an excellent physician. I called to establish an appointment. I was extremely disappointed with the disrespect from the staff I spoke with. It doesn't seem they want or need new patients. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and pretty much made me feel like I was not worthy of an appointment. It doesn't matter how good a physician is with staff who behave in the manner she did. She did not give me her name either.

Wow!! Dr.Raya is an absolute sweetheart, so kind and he listens! He really took his time with seeing me and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. Definitely a great doctor.
