It was very professional everyone was helpful and did their tasks pleasantly.Dr Jain explained what the X-rays showed and the course of action. I am very pleased.
Dr. Jain glanced at the image of a recent MRI of my knee, proclaimed that I needed a replacement. As I asked questions his eyes never left his phone in his hand. That kind of patient care does not work for me.
I highly recommend Dr. Neil Jain of Lakeshore Bone & Joint. 5 months ago, I had rotator cuff surgery( due to a work accident).The surgery went extremely well & I came home the same day. I personally did not experience any real pain only very mild discomfort . It has been six months now ,and I have full motion of my arm & have regained my physical strength back. Physical therapy is a must to getting back to normal.
