RecommendedGreat service - friendly - accommodating even though I hadn't discovered them and bought my used machine somewhere else. My machine runs so much better after the tune-up and repair, and he threw in a couple quick teaching moments for free, with even more offered. Fortunate to have this shop in the area!

poor service... you take a machine to be cleaned and bring it back home with you, because you didn't buy it there. So if you move from one state to another, you have to back to where you used to live to have it worked on.Very poor dealer. I have had my machine in to be cleaned in the past, but i guess not now, i gave one star, because i couldn't do a zero
