Worst place to live! I have family in Needles and unfortunately they have to live in this utter dump of a housing!!! The maintenance NEVER fixes things especially the one named Case and are always really rude and want you to jump through hoops for them. Don’t even GET ME STARTED on their extremely mean and confrontational office staff. Obviously everyone needs to be re trained if they were even trained in the first place!!!!
