I got any Medusa piercing done at a DIFFERENT shop and the guy completely messed up from hitting my nose with the needle to putting a bar on that should only be used after swelling and my lip was overtaking the piercing and when I called the other shop he said “was probably normal, but he’d look at it”, well I wasn’t gonna go back there and when I called Needleplay to see if they’d help me they were more than happy to help and informed me it is NOT normal. the guys were really professional and clean especially with this virus going around. They were really attentive to your tattoo needs and do really nice work. I would recommend them and get work there done again 😊👻

Nate did a great job!! I went in for a tattoo honoring my amazingly autistic son, in his short 7 years of life he has taught me so many things and I wanted to give him something to be proud of. my son and I picked this tattoo out together, with his favorite character and favorite color (red) and the writing on the chalkboard is his actual handwriting ❤
Absolutely amazing work done!! Was able to get in right away for my tattoo, loved the atmosphere, and Shawn was awesome! Will definitely be going back again!
Shawn did an excellent job on my tattoo! He went out of his way to get me in when the other artist I was scheduled with had car trouble at the last minute. It was nice to hear they collaborated on the design and Shawn could pick it up and continue with it. The environment was clean and professional. With Shawn's 20+ years of experience, you can't go wrong!
amazing work reasonably prices and very polite
I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a Monroe piercing. Shawn was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and also happily changed out jewelry for my other piercings. Great experience!
